Welcome to the official blog of Veins Marine Supply Solution (VMSS).
As the maritime industry in Bangladesh continues to grow, the demand for reliable, high-quality, and technically sound ship chandling services has never been higher. Today, we are proud to officially introduce Veins Marine Supply Solution—a dedicated marine supply and logistical powerhouse based in Chattogram, built to serve the modern needs of vessel owners, operators, and crews.
Whether you need deck and engine stores, cabin provisions, safety equipment (LSA), or specialized technical supplies, Veins Marine Supply Solution is here to ensure your vessel never misses a beat.
But who exactly is VMSS, and what makes us the right partner for your next port call? Let us introduce ourselves.
Who is Veins Marine Supply Solution and Why Were We Created?
Veins Marine Supply Solution (VMSS) is a specialized ship chandling and marine supply company operating under the umbrella of Veins Group.
How and why were we created? For years, the maritime industry in Bangladesh has faced a common challenge: supply companies often lack deep technical understanding, while engineering companies lack dedicated supply chain logistics. We created Veins Marine Supply Solution to solve this exact problem. By establishing a dedicated subsidiary focused purely on marine supply and ship chandling, we have streamlined our operations to offer faster, more efficient, and highly specialized logistical support. VMSS was born out of a strategic evolution to provide a dedicated, high-reliability supply foundation for every vessel calling at Bangladesh’s principal ports.
The VMES Advantage: A Legacy Supporting Veins Marine Supply Solution
While VMSS is a newly launched entity, we are certainly not new to the maritime industry. Veins Marine Supply Solution is a proud subsidiary of Veins Marine Engineering Solution (VMES), and together we form the unified Veins Group.
How does being a subsidiary of VMES benefit our clients? VMES has built a formidable legacy of over 16 years in marine engineering, ship repair, and technical management. Because Veins Marine Supply Solution is backed by this deep engineering heritage, we possess a unique advantage that traditional supply companies simply do not have:
- Technical Expertise: We don’t just supply parts; we understand them. Our engineering background ensures that every technical specification, from complex engine components to precise deck equipment, is sourced accurately.
- Crisis Management: Coming from a ship repair background, we understand the critical urgency of vessel downtime. We treat supply requests with the same urgency as a critical engineering repair.
- Shared Resources: Veins Marine Supply Solution leverages the established port authority relationships, extensive vendor networks, and operational infrastructure of VMES, allowing us to deliver unmatched speed and reliability.
The Visionaries Behind Veins Marine Supply Solution
Veins Marine Supply Solution was spearheaded by the visionary leadership of the two founders of Veins Group, who recognized the critical need for a world-class, technically sound supply chain entity in Bangladesh. The launch of VMSS is led by our core management team, bringing together decades of combined maritime experience:
- Masudur Rahman (Sohel) – Founder & Managing Director
As the Founder and Group Managing Director of Veins Group, Masudur also serves as the Managing Director for both VMES and Veins Marine Supply Solution. A highly qualified Chief Engineer and proud graduate of the 37th Batch of the Bangladesh Marine Academy, his deep technical expertise and strategic vision have been the driving force behind the unified growth of the Veins Group, shaping it into a modern, forward-thinking maritime powerhouse. - Eharam Efad – Co-Founder & Supply and Technical Director
Serving as the Co-Founder and Group Technical Director of Veins Group, Eharam brings deep technical expertise to the table. As the Co-Founder and Supply & Technical Director of Veins Marine Supply Solution (as well as Technical Director at VMES), his decades of hands-on experience in marine engineering and supply chain logistics ensure that our operational standards remain uncompromising.
Together, our founders envisioned a company that operates on the Veins Group philosophy: “One Pulse. Sustaining the Flow.” We are driven by their unified commitment to keeping the global maritime trade flowing smoothly through Bangladeshi waters.
